Two-Day Ride Details
For riders doing the two-day ride option (Saturday and Sunday), you’ll need to meet the group in Lincoln, NH. Please check in with the TNHBR staff either Friday evening or Saturday morning (before 7:30 AM).
If you are arriving on Friday evening the ride will have rooms available but you’re responsible for the cost of your lodging on Friday evening. Please email Pam Wright at firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate the arrangements. 2-day riders are welcome to join the group for dinner for a nominal fee of $7.
Day 2 Itinerary
6:30 – 8 a.m. Breakfast will be held at the restaurant at Woodswards Resort and is open to riders staying at either the Woodwards Resort and Days Inn.
8:00 a.m-9:30am. Rolling start from Woodwards Resort. Riders should leave their luggage at the luggage truck and must be on the road no later than 9:30 AM.
Rest stops are provided along the route – route maps will be available for riders at the start and the route will be well marked by TNHBR staff. On-the-road mechanical support will be provided.
All riders and support personnel must check in at the Comfort Inn upon their arrival in Concord. Massage therapists will be on hand to provide massages to riders on a first-come, first-serve basis — a sign up sheet will be available. We will have games and DJ entertainment. Weather permitting we’ll be outside, otherwise everything will be set up inside.
6:00 p.m. Dinner provided by Concord Fire
We’ll also have our post-dinner rally where riders will receive the premiums earned by their fundraising efforts. Click here to see the premiums offered. Fundraising goals for premiums are $1,200 and $1,750.
5:00 – 8:30pm. One-day riders should check in with TNHBR staff at the Comfort Inn. Any 1-day riders who wish to join the group for dinner may do so for a nominal $10 fee. One-day riders are responsible for their Saturday night accommodations. Reservations are a must as the host hotel will fill up.
